Summer is finally here, and for our family, it involves a bit of organization in terms of meals, shopping, and cooking time. My kids normally stay in school for lunch, which makes it way easier as I just have to think of breakfast, snacks, and dinner, but this month they’ll be going to a forest school and back home for lunch.
I’ve made a very easy and realistic meal plan for the three of us with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus another list of snacks to have at home, and snacks to bring out, as they’ll be bringing some snacks to their summer school from home.
Many of you asked me to send the meal plan we’re going to be following once I had it ready, so I just decided to send it to all of you guys, and I’ll be very happy if you find it as useful as I do!
