How has the first week of summer meals been for you?
We’re settling into a nice rhythm over here—still a little chaotic with forest school drop-offs and trying to keep the kitchen from turning into a 24/7 diner 🙃—but overall, having a solid plan has made a huge difference. Today, I’ll be batch cooking a few meals that I’m sending you with this week’s meal plan to make my week easier. Also, in terms of snacks, it really helps to know what I’ll be offering the kids so I don’t overbuy and make sure I have everything I need. I’m trying very hard to just go shopping once a week.
