Get Back On Track After Easter Holidays
Full meal plan to help you organize your week while eating healthy.
Hi There, Happy Sunday!
We’re just getting ready to return to our normal schedules after two weeks of Easter Holiday. There were a bit too many yummy treats, but isn't that what holidays are all about?
I'll be honest; my routine took a bit of a holiday too. 🙈 Now, I'm feeling that itch to get back into wholesome foods, healthy breakfasts, and veggie-loaded lunches and dinners.
So, guess what? I've put together a full meal plan that celebrates the good stuff: fresh ingredients, easy-peasy recipes, and all the flavor we could ask for. I’ve tried my best to include pantry and fridge ingredients that you may still have from Easter such as potatoes, parsnips, carrots, beans, etc.
