Hi there! Happy Wednesday, or should I say Exclusive Recipe Day from now on? I hope you’re as excited as I am because this week, we’re sharing a game-changing recipe: a new way to cook your tofu.
Wait, did you read it right? Pear and ginger tofu? How did we come up with this? Last month, while visiting our family in Ireland, we went to the Farmers’ Market in Galway, where we saw a bread loaf made with pear and ginger. Of course, we bought it, and it was simply delicious.
Now, back at home, we thought, why not use this combination of flavors and textures to cook tofu? So, if I’m sharing this recipe with you today, it’s because it totally worked, and I think you guys should try it, too.

Back to today’s recipe, Ginger and Pear Tofu is quite simple to make and pairs beautifully with stir-fried rice or noodles. It has a sticky texture and is very flavorful, making it perfect to combine with any carb you want. You can also add our sticky pear and ginger tofu to your ramen and Asian-style curries. I just see a lot of options for our own version of sweet and sour tofu!
